Description
The pandemic is and was a shattering event. We need multiple artistic instruments to try and pick up the pieces of the mirror broken on a stone. In Yiddish and English, Berger uses lyric, found poetry (in the form of interviews), and translation to assemble a picture of what happened, both to us and with us. There is tragedy here, there is a story of the cliff we fell off, and there is (somehow) joy in the ruins. Whether you will see your pandemic here depends on who you have been with, who you have listened to, and who you have been.
